The Tri-Cities Garden Club developed and maintained the courtyard garden at Ferry Elementary in Grand Haven beginning in 2018.

For a year and a half the club was unable to be at the school due to Covid pandemic restrictions. In July 2021 club members led by Chairperson Gayle Ruiter were able to return to the garden where they found a gargantuan task of weed removal awaited them. After a couple of work dates, the garden is looking better and better!

Unfortunately, in 2022 because of increasing security measures at schools in general, we were unable to continue with this beautiful project and it was dismantled.
