Located at the Ottawa County Courthouse this garden honors the late Van Regenmorter, a former county commissioner and state senator, a champion of fighting for victim rights. There are also bricks surrounding the fountain honoring victims of crime. The garden club maintains the plantings and assists with plant choices.
